Delivery time

Your order arrives in 4–10 days from the day you place it. Every product page shows the expected delivery dates for an order placed today.

Shipping protection

In your cart you can add shipping protection. If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or damaged on the way, we replace it or refund you.

If your order doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived 50 days after you placed it, email us at info@montreve.store with your order number and we will refund it in full.

7-day returns

Wear your watch for up to 7 days. If it isn't right for you, email info@montreve.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, send the watch back, and we will refund you.
